Report: Truck Message History

Description: The Truck Message History report shows all messages sent and received for a truck on a given day. The “From” and “To” columns indicate the origin and destination of the message. If the message is sent from a Digital Fleet Web User, then it will display their name in the “From” column. Messages can also originate from third party dispatch software that the customer is using, in this case “Dispatcher” will be displayed in the “From” column. The Truck Message History Report also shows the “Sent Time”, “Delivery Time”, and “Ack Time”. The “Ack Time” is when the driver taps “OK”, “Yes”, “No” or “Reply” to the message on the Tablet. The “Delivery Time” and “Ack Time” is blank for messages going from the Truck to the Dispatcher.
