Digital Fleet is excited to announce the release of the ready mix focused Efficiency and Operations Dashboards. We are also working on getting all of the new dashboards updated for tablet and mobile viewing to improve usability which can be seen on the Efficiency and Operations dashboards.
The Efficiency dashboard gives an overview of how the company is performing throughout the ticket lifecycle along with metrics for the beginning and end of the day. This dashboard includes the ability to look back at a summary of any of the previous 30 days through the use of the date picker in the top right of the page. The available date ranges will be expanded in the future as more data is collected.
The Operations dashboard gives an overview of the amount of work being accomplished with metrics on the busiest areas. It also includes a look into how the data is flowing between Digital Fleet and your dispatch system to help identify any potential issues on either side.
