We are excited to share that Digital Fleet has redesigned the DVIR page of the webapp. This update focused on improving the experience of the DVIR page on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices along with adding the ability to prioritize the individual defects.
Here is a brief walkthrough of the new functionality:
This update focused on updating the interface for better usability on desktop along with making the page accessible on both tablet and mobile devices to give you more flexibility in the way it’s accessed.
Defect List Admin page
The Defect List Admin page was added to allow for priority specification on the defects. The defects can be given a Low, Medium, or High priority. This priority is used for sorting of DVIRs on the Reports page with High priority items listed first.
By default all defects are give a Medium priority.
The Overview page was added to highlight the turn around time from submission of a DVIR to mechanic signing off on the DVIRs. It includes the percentage of DVIRs being signed off by mechanics also.
If tags have been setup for your trucks, the Overview page shows a breakdown by tag group for finer comparisons between locations.
