As part of the update to the Digital Fleet statusing engine we did over the winter, we separated the status names from the event names that trigger these statuses. This allows us to provide more easily understood language in the webapp without losing the fine details of what triggered the status.
To finish out this work we will be updating the default status names to better represent the terminology we hear from our customers. This update will occur towards the end of the day Wednesday June 19th and will be seen on the map truck hover and slide outs, job site dashboard, efficiency dashboard minutes per trip segment chart, status duration report and standstill report.
We will still be capturing the events (ex. begin load, begin pour, etc.) and times that trigger the statuses within reporting along with displaying this data on the map truck slide out and job site dashboard timeline chart.

For customers who would like to keep the old status names for these items or would like different status names for a truck class, there is the ability to override these default values at a truck class level. Please reach out to us at support@digitalfleet.com if you have any questions or would like to change your companies status names.
Thank you.
