Added Ticket History for 7.8.4
Added View Ticket History Button Selecting View Ticket History will open the Ticket History
The Ticket History screen shows the last 24 hours of tickets for the truck
Selecting a ticket from the history list will open the ticket details for that ticket.

Expanded top level controls to move between Current Ticket, Ticket History, Messaging, and DF+ (when enabled)
Expanded top level controls on Ticket Details screen to allow for easier movement to the Messaging and DF+ screens. Additionally added the same controls to the Messaging and DF+ screens to move back to the Ticket and Ticket History screens.

Added configurable Duty Status screen to login flow for 7.8.4 (disabled by default)
When enabled, the Duty Status screen will appear after logging in. When the driver selects a Duty Status, the login flow will continue for completion of other login tasks. If the driver does not want to update their Duty Status at this time, the driver can select the SKIP button to continue to the other login tasks.
