Digital Fleet has added the ability to retrieve scheduled start times through an automated voice system. This provides an easy way for an employee to retrieve their next start time from any phone through use of their employee pin.
Overview
The Digital Fleet Integrated Voice Response (IVR) functionality provides the following:
- Unique call in number for your company
- Employees can call from any phone

Only requires employee to enter their pin number to retrieve next start time, location, truck number, deadhead info, and notes
- If there are multiple future published schedules for an employee only the next published schedule will be available.
- IVR supports English and Spanish

If unable to match the pin for the company, a message is returned to notify employee and returns to step 1 to re-enter the pin. |

- The pin is the same as the pin used to log in to the driver application.

Non-drivers
- An IVR specific pin can be added through the user settings for accessing their scheduled start time.
