QA Pour

Overview

Starting with DigiTrack 10.6+, drivers now have the ability to indicate when they are performing a QA Pour event. When this option is enabled and selected, the system will prevent the ticket from transitioning to the Pouring state until the QA Pour is completed.

Functionality

Once enabled, there will be a new option available in “Ticket Options” that is named “Start QA Pour”.

After clicking "Start QA Pour", a screen will be presented that states “QA pour currently in progress. Status changes to pouring will be disabled until the QA pour is finished"

While the QA Pour screen is displayed, a QA Pour event is considered to be in progress. During this time, any drum rotation events that would normally trigger a Begin Pour will be blocked.
