The Operations Dashboard provides an overview of a customer’s operational activity. It’s oriented around ready mix operations. Statistics are derived from tickets and from dispatch integration diagnostic data.
Filtering The View
The data summarized by the dashboard can be controlled using the following filters:
Company/Division (if client uses Business Entities)
Region/Location (if client uses Business Entities)
High level statistics about ticket counts and ready mix volumes (Cubic Yards, Orders and Tickets)
Top Customers By Volume
Consists of the top 5 customers who ordered the most material on the specified date.
Top Plants By Volume
Consists of the top 5 material producing plants. Volume from additional plants will be captured and accumulated into an Other category.
Cubic Yards based on tickets assigned will equal the total cubic yards of all sections in the pie graph.
A chart of truck logins and ticket counts over the selected date range. Always shows counts for all trucks and tickets.
High level status indicators for the customer’s dispatch integration and Digital Fleet Bridge service health. If a customer has multiple client dispatches set up, they must all be healthy for the Connection Health to be Green.
