Wall Clock

Overview

The Wall Clock application allows employees to record their clock in and clock out times via a dedicated tablet in kiosk mode.  The tablets can be placed in a break room, shop, or office and enable users, without access to a computer or a Drivers tablet, to fill out their timecard.  The application can be enabled on a tablet that has DigiTrack version 9.5.10 or higher installed.

General Functionality 

The employee enters their PIN to access their timecard.

Once logged in, the user will be able to review their current and historical timecards.  They are also able to submit the following time punches.

• Clock in
• Clock out
• Start lunch
• End lunch  

If enabled, employees can also request edits to their timecard entries and view the status of their pending edit requests.
