Digital Fleet tracks internal goals for availability and issues in production. Our nominal measure is 99.9% uptime of critical and compliance services platform wide, excluding planned maintenance.
We define the platform as available if users are able to log in.
SLA Options
While Digital Fleet doesn’t offer a standard SLA, we’re always happy to talk about your businesses requirements and work to arrange a mutual agreement. If your business requires specific SLA terms, please reach out to discuss with us how we can help meet your needs sales@digitalfleet.com.
Other Tools
As an alternative, you can always track the availability of our services at Digital Fleet System status. This will provide you with real time monitoring as well as status communications regarding our current status or incidents.
