We’re excited to share that the Digital Fleet support experience is now merging with Command Alkon’s support platform — bringing you a more unified, connected, and enhanced service experience.
There are a few key changes you should be aware of to help ensure a smooth transition and minimize any disruption to your support experience moving forward:
New Support Email
On Monday, November 10th, the support@digitalfleet.com email address will be retired.
Please update your records to use our new support address:
digitalfleetsupport@commandalkon.com
Emails sent to this address will automatically generate a case and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your case has been created.
Digital Fleet Web-App: Contact Support Option
On Monday, November 10th the Contact Support option in the Digital Fleet Web App will take you to the Command Community page. Once you’re logged in, just select Submit a Case to get in touch with our support team.
The Command Community Support Portal
On Monday, November 10th, Digital Fleet customers will move from the current Jira Service Management portal to Command Community, Command Alkon’s centralized Customer Engagement Portal.
Here’s what to expect:
- You will receive a pre-registration email on Monday, November 10th from community@commandalkon.com with details and a link to complete registration by setting a personal password for your Command Community account.
- Anyone that did not receive a pre-registration email can easily self-register by visiting community.commandalkon.com.
- Your existing open cases will automatically appear in Command Community on Monday, November 10th.
- The legacy Digital Fleet Documentation site will currently remain the same. We are working on transitioning all the Documents to the new Command Community Knowledge Base.

Please Note: Customer Invoice Details are not currently available within Command Community.
