Web Application user locked out of their Account
The web applications gives the user 7 attempts to login with the correct username and password. After 7 failed attempts, they will not be allowed to login, even if they provide the proper username and password. In order to unlock their account, the account administrator must send the user the password reset email.
Settings --> Profile Management --> Users
Sending the password reset email will unlock the account. The user does not have to change their password and will be given 7 more chances to login.
