Overview
The Account Invoices page in the Digital Fleet web app provides details about the billable assets and features associated with your account. Users enabled with "Billing" Rights, can view and download the information to help with invoice reconciliation. The Invoice itself is not available in the Digital Fleet web app. If you need a copy of your invoice, please send a request to ar@commandalkon.com
Accessing Invoice Details
From the main Digital Fleet web app page, select the 3 line menu in the top left corner, locate "Account" and select "Invoices".
Select the View icon to review and download the asset details for the "Date Invoiced" month.
The Invoice Overview provides 3 Tabs for review and download:
Trucks with their included/excluded features
Users with their included/excluded features
Changes made since the last invoice
