Scorecard Functionality
Driver Scorecard is a feature that will display the drivers metrics on their tablet. The Driver Scorecard metrics are meant to mimic the data available in the webapp Efficiency dashboard. Digitrack will only show a subset of the data available on the webapp, as we only want to display metrics that are meaningful to the driver.
User Functionality
This feature can be enabled by contacting support@digitalfleet.com
A driver can access their Driver Scorecard by clicking their Menu / Log Out button on their tablet and then choose Scorecard. The drivers will be able to review their average status times for the day, week, and month.
Statistics Displayed
-
Status History (chart): Average minutes spent in each status over all completed tickets.
-
Start Up Time: Matches the Efficiency Dashboard’s “START” time. This is the time between the driver’s login and first ticket assignment. Will be an average if viewing more than a single day.
-
End of Day Time: Matches the Efficiency Dashboard’s “END” time. This is the time between the Arrive Yard status on the driver’s last ticket of the day, and their logout. Will be an average if viewing more than a single day.
-
Yards Per Hour: Matches the Efficiency Dashboard’s “Cubic Yards Per Driver Hour”. This is the driver’s total volume delivered divided by the time they were logged in.
-
Idle Time: Not shown on the Efficiency Dashboard. Shows average time on the job while unloaded. This is total of the driver’s time spent in the Poured and Washing Out statuses divided by the tickets completed.
