Workforce Integration Functionality
Digital Fleet has an integration with Workforce that will send a SWIPE_IN request to Workforce when a driver logs in / clocks in, and a SWIPE_OUT request when a driver logs out / clocks out.
The request to Workforce contains the time the event happened, whether it is a SWIPE_IN or a SWIPE_OUT, the ID of the driver in Workforce, and the fact that “Digital Fleet” is handling the swipe in / swipe out.
-
Data is sent to Workforce when it is created, and only when it is created. No updates or changes to any data is synced with Workforce after this initial data is sent.
-
Time clock breaks are not supported. Only Clock In and Clock Out events are sent to Workforce.
-
Time Clock records that are created automatically by the Digital Fleet system or an External system are not sent to Workforce. This includes records created as the result of a “Split”
Setup Options
Time Source

Send Auto Logouts
- This will only apply if the Time Source is Driver Login / Logout
- If enabled, auto logouts will be sent to Workforce
