TMT Fleet Maintenance

Prerequisite

The TMT Integration ToolKit is required for the integration. The customer will need to contact TMT Fleet Maintenance to have the ToolKit installed and set-up for the Digital Fleet integration.

Information required by Digital Fleet

Subdomain - The TMT subdomain that is configured for the client.

Username - The TMT username the client has set-up for the TMT integration.

Password - The TMT password of the user for the TMT integration.

Engine Data Source - The source of the engine data (odometer and engine hours) to send to TMT.  It can either be from the Truck ECM or from the values populated in DVIR (DVIR must be enabled for the Digital Fleet web app account).

Data sent to TMT Fleet Maintenance

• Odometer
• Engine Hours
• The truck’s last reported Latitude and Longitude

A nightly sync process runs each day at 4:40am UTC to send truck data to TMT.  We will use the client’s default time zone when sending meter (odometer and engine hours) times to TMT.
